These terms cover your use of abhiverse.in. Project work is always governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this page.

Using this site

The content on this site, including text and design, belongs to Abhiverse unless stated otherwise. Project names, logos and websites shown in the portfolio belong to their owners and are shown as examples of work.

Quotes and proposals

Prices, timelines and scope are confirmed only in a written proposal. Information on this site is a general description of services, not an offer.

Payments

Unless a proposal says otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance before launch. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Ownership

When a project is paid in full, the client owns the delivered website, code and files, except third-party themes, plugins, apps and fonts, which remain under their own licences.

Liability

This site is provided as is. Abhiverse is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information.
