The short story

One person accountable for the whole build.

I started as a developer building Shopify and WordPress sites, and over five years moved into leading builds: taking a brief, scoping it, writing the code, coordinating a small team when the project needs one, and getting it live.

Earlier, as a developer in the Route Ignite agency team, I worked on stores and sites for the agency's clients: D2C brands such as Panda's Box, Kalakaram, Nestroots and Dabble PlayArt, salon chains like Geetanjali and Hair Masters, and companies from craft beer to ESG software. That's where I learned how agency delivery runs from the inside.

Today I work independently as a development partner, with clients such as Vani Kabir, Mona Lisa Smile Dental in California and Lillie By Ruthie. Brands come to me for a store or site built properly once. Agencies come to me when their team is full and they need someone who can take a whole project without hand-holding.

What I hold myself to on every project is simple: clear scope, no surprises, and a launch date that holds.
