Questions US clients ask first
You're based in India. How do calls and time zones work?
I'm in Gurugram and keep my calls in US mornings, 9 am to 12 pm Eastern. Work moves forward overnight, so you usually wake up to progress and a staging link to review.
How do you price a project?
Fixed price by scope, agreed before any work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% before launch; larger projects split into three milestones. Anything outside the written scope gets a short quote first.
How long does a build take?
A focused business website is usually 1–2 weeks once content is ready. Shopify and WooCommerce stores typically take 2–5 weeks depending on custom features and integrations. You get a timeline with the proposal.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do. When the final payment clears, all accounts, code and files are yours. I build in your Shopify or hosting account from the start wherever possible.
What happens after launch?
Every launch includes 14 days of free fixes. After that you can book work as needed or take a monthly care plan for updates, backups and small changes.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I do white-label builds and overflow work under NDA, and I never contact your clients. See the For agencies page for how it works.
