These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of abhiverse.in (the “Website”) and any services provided by Abhiverse (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

We offer Shopify Development, WordPress Development, Custom Coded Websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP), and Search Engine Optimization. All projects follow a fixed-price milestone structure with clear deliverables, timelines, and revision policies (2 design rounds + unlimited bug fixes).

2. Project Process and Payments

  • Discovery & Proposal: Free 20-minute call leads to a fixed-price quote valid for 7 days. 50% upfront payment required to start.

  • Milestones: Payments at key stages (e.g., design approval, development complete, launch). Balance due on final handover.

  • Refunds: Non-refundable after milestone delivery. Cancellations before work begins eligible for 80% refund.

  • Delays: Client feedback delays may extend timelines. Rush projects (+25% fee) available for accelerated delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

  • We retain rights to reusable code/templates until full payment.

  • Final deliverables (websites, themes) transfer to you upon completion and payment.

  • You grant us rights to use project work in portfolios (anonymized if requested).

4. Revisions and Scope

Projects include 2 rounds of design revisions and unlimited bug fixes for 14 days post-launch. Scope changes require change orders (+ time/cost). Maintenance packages available separately (₹10,000+/month).

5. Website Usage

  • Content on abhiverse.in is for informational purposes. No guarantees on results (e.g., SEO rankings, sales increases) – past performance (30+ sites) not indicative of future outcomes.

  • Prohibited: Unauthorized scraping, spamming, or illegal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services provided “as-is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party issues (e.g., hosting downtime, Google algorithm changes). Maximum liability equals project fees paid.

7. Confidentiality

Project details shared remain confidential. NDAs available on request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of [Your City, e.g., Lucknow], Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with notice via Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
